Shipping Information:

Why do you need my phone number?

Our courier company requires your phone number in case the parcel gets damaged along the way or when they haven’t been able to deliver the parcel to your address. There can be several reasons for this, maybe you haven’t been home to receive the parcel or that they didn’t have access to your property or the address seems to be invalid.

We will never share, sell or abuse your personal information. We will only contact you in relation to your order(s) via email. Your information is being send over a secure connection, keeping your information safe.


When Will Orders Be Shipped?

Depending on stock availability, all orders with items in stock will be shipped within 2 working days and will arrive within 4-7 business days. If the order quantity exceeds our current stock, Perfectress will customize your order and ship it within 12 working days. These customized orders will also arrive within 4-7 business days after shipping.


Shipping and Delivery Concerns:

Please understand that we take NO responsibility for carrier delays. We offer NO reimbursements for delayed shipments, rerouting charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Stolen Shipments:

Lost and/or stolen shipments will be replaced after confirmation by our shipping carrier.


Shipping Details

We ship via UPS or FedEx as standard. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days from dispatch. For expedited shipping options, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@perfectress-afrohair.com.


Shipping Prices

We’re happy to offer flat-rate shipping of just $15 for all orders, no matter how big or small. Orders exceeding $500 qualify for complimentary shipping.


Import Duties And Taxes

We are not responsible for import and/or duty taxes that may apply to your country in any way shape or form. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or (import) duties that apply.


Returns / Exchanges– Human Hair Products:

  • Human hair products that have been chemically altered and/or modified CANNOT be returned.
  • Human hair products that have been color treated CANNOT be returned.
  • Human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut) CANNOT be returned.
  • All human hair products must be unopened with original packaging intact; resalable condition
  • The return/exchanges must be made within 5 days after goods received.
  • All human hair returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Monetary refunds will be given ONLY in the case of a product defect verified by Perfectress International Ltd.
  • Returns will not be accepted due to any allergic reactions, allergies.
  • Please contact us through the contact form prior to returning ANY item. Returns/exchanges shipped without the approval of Perfectress International Ltd. CANNOT be honored.
  • Please note Perfectress International Ltd. is NOT responsible for ANY hair installation, hair removal or styling costs.
  • Shipping costs on returned/exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns/Exchanges:

Please contact Perfectress International Ltd FIRST before returning shipments. Perfectress International Ltd. will send you the instructions on how to return the hair.

Please make certain that a copy of the sales invoice is sent with ALL packages. If the sales invoice is lost or damaged please include a typed or written document including company name, contact name, phone number, address and the description of the items.
