The minimum $1,000 monthly order spend includes all Perfectress Hair products. Discounted Items, Shipping fees are excluded from this calculation.
2. How much cashback can I earn each month?
Your cashback depends on your monthly purchase amount. You can earn 10% for purchases between $1,000-1,999, 15% for $2,000-4,999, and 20% for $5,000 and up. There is no upper limit to the cashback you can earn.
3. How will I receive the cashback and when?
The cashback rebate will be remitted directly to your designated bank account every calendar month, typically within the first week of the following month.
4. Can I change my bank account number to receive the cashback?
Yes, you can change your bank account number for cashback deposits. Please contact our customer service team (info@perfectresspremiumhair.com) to update your bank information. Allow up to 5 business days for the change to take effect.
5. What is the difference between transaction date, order date and goods received date?
The transaction date is when the payment is processed, the order date is when you place the order, and the goods received date is when you receive the products. For this cashback program, we use the transaction date to calculate your monthly spend.
6. If my orders are changed, will I still earn the cashback?
Yes, you will still earn cashback, but it will be based on the final transaction amount after any changes or adjustments to your order. If the changes affect your total monthly spend tier, your cashback percentage may be adjusted accordingly.
7. Who is responsible for remittance charges?
Perfectress will be responsible for sender bank charges. However, the beneficiary will be responsible for any intermediary and beneficiary bank charges. As a result, the final amount you receive may be slightly less than the agreed cashback amounts due to these bank charges. We recommend checking with your bank about potential fees to understand the exact amount you’ll receive.
8. Is there a minimum purchase requirement to maintain eligibility for the cashback program?
Yes, to be eligible for the cashback program, you must maintain a minimum monthly purchase of $1,000 on Perfectress Hair products. If your monthly purchases fall below this threshold, you will not qualify for cashback that month. However, you can resume participation in the program as soon as you meet the minimum purchase requirement in any subsequent month.
